Research

Research Summary/Interests

I have been involved in research in large number of areas of physiology and biophysics, including: capillary exchange, small intestinal circulation and absorption, blood-tissue exchange kinetics, membrane and ion channel biophysics, ethanol pharmacokinetics, and X-ray crystallography. My current area of research interest is in pharmacokinetics, which makes use of my background in these varied fields. I recently developed PKQuest (www.pkquest.com), a new pharmacokinetic software program. I am now focused on the further development of this program and its application to a number of pharmacokinetic research areas.
